Akhanda Yoga Classes are based on the teachings of Yogi Vishvketu and Chetana Panwar, and are a holistic and balanced sequence of asana (poses), pranayama (breath techniques), relaxation, mantra (sound vibration) and meditation.
Each class is a new experience and a time for reflection.
By exploring diverse teachings and techniques that the Hatha Yoga system offers, you will discover your own strength and stability within this light-hearted practice. We offer a non-competitive space, where you will be supported in your quest for optimal well-being. At moments, the class may be challenging, in other moments the class may give you deep calm, this health-full practice offers a variety of experiences...call it yoga, call it living, unbroken.

- come prepared to practice: wear loose comfortable clothing and an empty belly is best!
